A friendly health reminder for all of us who have to sit for hours straight staring at the monitor writing arcane programming syntax.

  3. So this is the controversial shot you were telling me about. Not the post-it. ;) Come to think of it, I can use something like this even when I’m standing. The problem is where to smack that note so it’ll be in front of me the whole time. :D
