Sleep is the enemy
I’ve been awake for more than 24 hours already. I remember waking up from an afternoon nap yesterday at 4PM (so that makes it more or less 25 hours and 40 minutes).
So how did I do it? Here’s how:
- Four cups of coffee from 1AM to 5AM
- Two sachets Extra-Joss. One taken around 1AM and another at 8AM
- One capsule Clusivol
- 15-minute naps whenever you get drowsy
