some movies i’ve recently seen (yes, i do watch a lot). maybe i should start a movie-review blog somewhere. too lazy to comment or even rate them though:
we just bought a new cd-writer today. good thing ‘coz i really needed to back-up a lot of files on the 20 gb hard drive. it’s amazing how prices go down in the computer market. about two to three years ago we bought our first cd-writer (a ricoh that burns at 8x speed) for around P5,000 (when cd-writers were first marketed they used to sell at P10,000+). now, we have a 52x speed writer that we bought at P2,500. at that rate, it’ll probably be a lot wiser to wait for maybe a year before buying a dvd-writer.
